 1. Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that certain products may not be available for delivery to all locations due to international regulations. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location.

2. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delays: In the event of high order volumes, holiday seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of the order. Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and can vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-45 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-15 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates do not account for potential customs delays or other unforeseen issues.

4. International Shipping & Customs

Customs Fees & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees that vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.
Customs Clearance: Metro Hydroponics is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs policies and ensure compliance when ordering.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us for assistance.

6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Metro Hydroponics is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

8. Split Shipments

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and items may arrive at different times.

9. Shipping Policy Updates

Metro Hydroponics reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
