Metro Hydroponics Return and Refund Policy
At Metro Hydroponics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility:
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., plants, seeds), personalized items, and opened or used products like nutrients or grow mediums.
Return Process:
- To start a return, contact our customer service at metrohydroponics1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.
2. Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds:
- Items not returned in their original condition, or items returned after 14 days, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at metrohydroponics1@gmail.com with details of the issue.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 6 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to initiate a return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
